"Jeannine is kind, quick to respond, and really listens to the wants and needs of her clients. She is very knowledgable about the San Diego area. During escrow, she had many recommendations for people to contact which was super helpful for us as a young couple. Jeannine gave us useful recommendations and opinions, but wasn't pushy - she made sure we were making our own decisions and that we were comfortable with everything."

"We recently worked with Jeannine to find a home in SD after relocating across the country. If you are looking for someone to really be there for you and work with your schedule, she is your agent. We had to constantly see multiple houses in 1 day, at one time seeing 12 in a row, all we did was send her the houses and she made it happen - no questions asked. She never forced something on us and was very accommodating to any properties we wanted to see, even though she probably knew before walking in that it likely wasn't the house for us. She goes out of her way and brings up important factors to consider while deciding on the right fit. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent for their real estate needs especially families with kiddos as she really knew how to work with that added stress, being a mom herself (she was ready for my toddler on our 12 house day trip and was even occupying my toddler while we looked around). "Jeannine did an excellent job helping sell our mother's home. She knew the area and gave us information to help make the home ready for sale at a correct price. She supplied information on many local businesses to clean, haul away, paint and repair. She did a great job on advertising and showing the home. Negotiations can be tough, but she helped us understand and feel good about our decisions. Great attitude and always smiling! Highly recommend."

"Jeannine did a wonderful job with the selling of our house. We interviewed a number of agents and finally decided on Jeannine. We weren't disappointed, the house sold in two days for many thousands more than what the other agents were predicting, with a lot less work. During the process Jeannine was very responsive and on point with all of our questions, no matter how trivial. Her laid-back style and easy going nature belied her professionalism and grasp of the market. She also make us feel as though we were her only clients at the time. If we had the opportunity, we would definitely enlist her again."

"I recently had the responsibility of selling my mother's home in Rancho Bernardo. I knew of Jeannine LaChance's reputation and expertise as a realtor, particularly in the North County inland area. I also knew when the time came, Jeannine would be the one to sell my mom's home. The experience far exceeded my and my siblings expectations. When we started the process Jeannine met me at the house, let me know all of the fixes and repairs to be considered, and what not to worry about in order to prep the home for sale. She had a network of trades people she coordinated with to perform the jobs quickly and professionally. Jeannine personally facilitated obtaining replacement windows for double pane windows that had failed. Without her expertise, there's no way we would have been able to get the house prepped, on the market, and sold as quickly as we did. She was in constant contact, explained everything, and kept me updated on what was going on throughout the process. After just 2 days on the market, we received 12 offers and accepted one FAR above asking price, and FAR beyond our expectations!I highly recommend Jeannine LaChance for all things real estate.
